An Estate Sale is a way of liquidating the belongings of a family or an Estate. Typically, it's a Sale conducted inside the home with additional items for Sale in the garage, shed and/or patio area. Even vehicles, motorcycles & boats are sold.   


Estate Sales (Liquidation of Estate, Tag Sales) are used when someone is in need of a way to sell items due to a transition to Assisted Living, downsizing, moving/relocating, divorce, financial hardship, death and/or the closing of a home. The public is invited into the home and given the opportunity to purchase any item that is priced for sale. At times there are large items that are not for sale because the new owners of the home have made them part of the contract to buy the house.  These are clearly marked not for sale (Appliances, Furniture, etc.)


It's a wonderful way for Sellers to make money and for Buyers to purchase items that are reasonably priced!

We are as excited as our Buyers and Sellers are to have a fabulous Sale!  

  • Please be respectful of one another.  
  • Our Sales begin promptly at 10A.  It is first come, first serve.  
  • We accept cash, debit & credit.  
  • We DO NOT accept checks.
  • There is a 3% fee for ALL card purchases.
  • We collect Sales Tax as applicable to GA, NC, SC & FL.  
  • If you are Tax-Exempt, you must provide a copy of your Tax ID Certificate at each Sale.     
  • Please bring your helpers to assist with moving any items purchased.  Our Staff DOES NOT move or deliver any purchases.
