An Estate Sale is a way of liquidating the belongings of a family or an Estate.  Typically, it's a Sale conducted inside of the home with additional items for Sale in the garage, shed and/or patio area.  Even vehicles, motorcycles, trailers & boats are sold.   

Estate Sales (Estate Liquidation | Tag Sales) are used when someone is in need of a way to sell items due to a transition to Assisted Living, Downsizing, Moving | Relocating, Divorce, Financial Hardship, Death of a loved  and/or the closing of a home. The public is invited into the home and given the opportunity to purchase any item that is priced for sale.  Sometimes there are large items that are not for sale.  These are clearly marked Not For Sale (Appliances, Furniture, etc.)

It's a wonderful way for Sellers to make money and for Buyers to purchase items that are reasonably priced!

• Our Sales begin promptly at 10A.  It is first come, first serve.  In-person sales only. 
• We accept cash, debit & credit. 
• We DO NOT accept checks.
•  We collect Sales Tax as applicable to Texas.
• If you are Tax-Exempt, you must provide a copy of your Tax ID Certificate at each Sale.     
• Please bring your helpers to assist with moving any items purchased.  Our Staff DOES NOT move or deliver any purchases.  We can; however, provide you with contact information of an excellent local Delivery Service.
