"So blessed to have found Sage Patina!! After living in her home for over 30 years, my mom decided it was time to downsize. We spent several months going through all of her belongings, boxing up what she wanted to take. Our plan was to have a garage sale, but when we saw how much stuff was left and the amount of work it would take we felt overwhelmed and decided it was best to leave it to the professionals. We interviewed a couple of companies, but knew during our first meeting that we were a good fit. We followed their instructions & then let them do the work. Our sale had to be canceled and our house had to be vacated and cleaned out due to it selling. Amy and Chris could have easily left us to our own devices, but they jumped right in and worked diligently to find a solution to sell some of our smaller items themselves and found another vendor that graciously agreed to move our larger items out of the house. "I live over an hour away from my mother's house and I'm extremely busy with work. I needed an Estate Sale Company to help me take care of everything that was left in her house. The house was in the process of being sold. After spending a lot of time doing research for a Professional Estate Sale Company in the DFW area, I chose Sage Patina. I found a website that provided very valuable information on choosing the right company to work with. This site offered insight into the necessary questions to ask and the proper expectations that should come with a great Professional Estate Sale Company. I was new to all of this. My wife and I shopped at many Estate Sales but never had to use one for ourselves. Sage Patina's website had all the right answers to all my questions right on their home page. That in itself was amazing! Their site was easy to navigate with plenty of information and photos. Plenty of references were provided as well. I made the phone call to Amy who's a ball of positive energy and extremely pleasant to speak with. She makes you feel comfortable right away. I had made some calls to other Estate Sale Companies as well to get a feel for how they worked. The other companies made me feel as if I were in the waiting room at a Doctor's office... (NEXT!) Amy scheduled an appointment to meet with me at my mother's house were the Estate Sale was to take place. I met with Amy and her husband Chris a few days later. They were both very charming, very knowledgeable. They were enjoyable to speak with. They provided me with all the details of the process and answered all my questions. They walked with me through the house to get an idea of what all is there for sale. After this meeting, I had no problem deciding I wanted them to do the Estate Sale. And wow I'm glad I did. Amy stayed in contact with me every step of the way. She set everything up, staged everything for the sale, and sent me photos of everything she did. She sent me detailed info of daily sales each of the 3 days she was there. I was extremely happy with the total sales each day. I realize this is a business and they're there to make a profit for her and the client but she is genuinely concerned about her client's welfare. She's honest. She works hard for her client, and keeps you in the loop through the entire process. That's rare these days. After the sale is over, she has a group come in and clean up. She sent photos of that as well. The house looked amazing! Since the house is in the process of being sold, this step really helps! I never once had to worry how things were being done. She had my complete trust! I'm in an industry where I have to hire subcontractors so I don't take this lightly. Sage Patina took a tremendous load off my plate and did so without any stress what so ever. Everything was done professionally. This company is incredible in my book. Even my Real Estate Agent wanted her information because he was so impressed as well. DO NOT hesitate to contact Sage Patina if you need someone to handle your Estate Sale.
