best! You can save yourself time and stress
if you reach out to Amy and Chris first. They
explain everything there is to know about
estate sales - how they prepare for,
conduct, pay and clean up after it's all over.
You even get contacts to reach out to for
anything that might not sell, which in my
case was very little. Every question I had
was answered.
I was impressed with the whole process
Amy and Chris cleaned everything in
preparation for the sale. The glassware was spotless, the tools shiny, the crafts
organized, the clothing hung and folded
perfectly. I could go on and on. What you
need to know is you felt like you were in
Nordstroms or Dillards or Macy's, not at an
estate sale. It made me want to shop! At the
end of the day they reorganized so that
each day of the sale everything was neatly
arranged and displayed.
Amy and Chris are happy, positive people,
people you enjoy spending time with. I really liked getting a clear accounting of the
sales at the end of each day. There is no
delay between the end of the sale and
receiving a check. They did an excellent job of cleaning after the sale. The counters were cleaned, the mirrors streak free and the floors all vacuumed. It looked wonderful!

With my mom downsizing and moving we
researched and interviewed different
estate sale companies. Based on a few
calls and a couple different ones coming
out, it was a NO BRAINER to use Chris
and Amy with Sage Patina! All the
behind the scenes they both do for a
great sale: cleaning the items, grouping,
staging, promoting is top notch! I
actually was tempted to shop as it all
looked so good! They also email you
everyday of the sale to let you know the
earnings, send pictures of how it's going
pay you the next work day after the sale
ends, and they clean up (wipe counters,
vacuum, etc) when the sale is over. I
truly felt like they treated my mom's
house and her stuff as their very own!
