"I need more than 5 stars to rate Chris & Amy at Sage Patina! When my husband and I suddenly decided to get out of the craziness of the big city life, the home we fell in love with meant downsizing significantly. Husband was completely fine with selling everything and walking away. I on the other hand, went into complete panic mode. Wasn't sure where to even begin. I'm a researcher though and looked at lots of reviews and websites. I found Sage Patina. Loved their website, their glowing reviews, the social campaigns, plus the fact that they had experience with sports memorabilia. We had lots! I called and spoke to Amy and discussed the process and all the details. I knew this is who I wanted to hire. We made tentative plans to meet as soon as I had hard dates. Well, as luck would have it in the craziness of the housing market, we had an unexpected long 3 month delay. When I was able to reach back out, they were booked for the next couple of months. Completely understandable. I told Amy I'd reach back out if we decided to wait until they were available. In the meantime, I decided to reach out to one of the other estate planners. Great reviews, no direct website though. I also didn't see any social. I met with him at our house. We went through everything and he told me his process and his upfront fee. My husband walked out at that point. The planner told me i might not even make enough from the sale to cover his fee!! Are you kidding me?!?!?! Sorry, but NOPE!! Everything about that planner tells me they take advantage of seniors or people that are selling the estate of a loved one. Of course after that interaction we decided we'd wait for Chris & Amy if we had to. I reached back out. Amy was great!! The perfect professional with so much enthusiasm!! We met, we both thought it would be a good fit, we set a date. The communication through every step up the way was top notch. Always quick to answer any of my questions. Always making sure I knew what they were doing. When I went by the house the day before the sale, I was amazed!! I had left all the stuff for the sale crammed in boxes and closets. But it was now perfection. They're artists! They transformed it into a beautiful boutique store. And we had some different, unique items. You can tell how much they enjoy doing what they do. We ended up getting more than the other planner said we would and more than I was expecting. I couldn’t be happier with how it all went. I’d choose Sage Patina if I was you."
