The next steps after the sale were equally appreciated and a big part of why I picked their firm. Their partnership charity took all the non-sold items to a worthy cause and I received a 501c donation form. So much better than letting a waste disposal firm carry the unsold items to the dump or having to contend with those items myself. It made me feel that my family passed along worthy items to benefit those who are in need. Sage Patina then made sure the house and outbuildings were clean and empty. The payment from Sage Patina was made per the contract and included an itemized listing of what sold by category. This was important to me as I was holding the sale on behalf of a Trust and needed the documentation, as well as, the excellent photos, they provided. I must say, Sage Patina covered all my needs and did it in a warm, friendly and very professional manner. Hire them!"
