Welcome to SAGE PATINA Estate Sales! Servicing North Texas, Dallas - Fort Worth Metropolitan Area, our experience, accountability and professional approach sets our Estate Sale services apart from the rest!   

We only conduct (1) to (2) Estate Sales per month.  It's our sole focus!  Our services are all inclusive.  No money out of pocket.  No upfront or additional fees of any kind - such as Advertising, Labor, Credit Card Fees, Clean-Out, Permits and/or Minimums.  We are paid by the agreed upon percentage of Net Sales.

There's often a misconception that an Estate Sale is comprised of only "High-End" items.  While many are, the simplest; most practical items of lesser value sell & the volume adds up!
 

We left our positions in the "Corporate World" to pursue our passion - Estate Sales.  Chris has 30 years' experience buying and selling collectibles.  He's an expert in all Sports & Trading Cards.  Amy owned an award winning, BBB Accreditation A+ Rating Estate Sale Company and is a former Realtor, Marketing Manager and Event Planner.  We decided to form SAGE PATINA Estate Sales.  With years of knowledge, experience and conducting countless Estate Sales, two are far better than one!

We are a Licensed Business with the Texas Secretary of State, Insured & Bonded by Kirk bonds Insurance Group and proud members of the ACNA | Antiques & Collectibles National Association.  We have a 4.9 Star Rating on Goggle and an A Rating on Angi (The highest ranking awarded, as well as, a monthly Honor Roll qualifier).
