We only conduct (1 - 2) Estate Sales monthly. It's our sole focus!  Our services are all inclusive. No money out of pocket. No upfront or additional fees of any kind - such as Advertising, Labor, Credit Card Fees, Clean-Out, Permits, and/or Minimums.  We are paid by the agreed upon percentage of Net Sales.

There's often a misconception that an Estate Sale is comprised of only "High-End" items. While many are, the simplest; most practical items of lesser value sell & the volume adds up!  

We left our "Corporate World" positions to pursue our passion; Estate Sales. Chris has 30 years of experience buying and selling collectibles. With Amy's experience, she built an award-winning, BBB Accreditation A+ Rating Estate Sale Company. And, offers experience as a former Realtor & Marketing Manager. After several years, we decided to form SAGE PATINA Estate Sales. Two are far better than one!

• Clean-Out | Unsold items are placed neatly together; prepared for pick-up.  We do not purchase the remaining unsold Items; however, there are companies who offer what's called a "Buy-Out". They purchase & remove the items from the home. We will explain in detail how to obtain their services.  Additionally, we can recommend several Charitable Organizations.
